Union County High School

UCSD family, we are aware that one of our neighboring districts received social media threats this week. Union County High School was not included in that list. However there appears to be a misunderstanding that those involve our schools. The post circulating today is a screen shot from the incident in Spartanburg yesterday. As a precaution we still have extra police presence on our campus just to help put minds at ease. Please encourage students to actually inform an adult if they think a threat is being made and not just share it through social media and texts to our student body. This causes unnecesarry panic in our schools and community. Thank you for your assistance with this and we will keep you informed should an actual threat occur.
